Subprocessors
Ryan, LLC and its affiliates (“Ryan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) use certain third-party service providers to support the delivery, operation, security, hosting, analytics, support, and improvement of our Online Services and related client services. These third-party service providers are “subprocessors” when they process Customer Personal Data on Ryan’s behalf.
Ryan evaluates subprocessors before engagement and requires subprocessors that process Customer Personal Data on Ryan’s behalf to enter into written terms that impose data protection, confidentiality, and security obligations consistent with Ryan’s applicable agreements and applicable data protection laws.
Where Customer Personal Data is transferred internationally, Ryan uses appropriate safeguards as required by Applicable Data Privacy Laws and the applicable agreement.
Not every subprocessor applies to every Online Service or client engagement. The subprocessors applicable to a customer depend on the services purchased, the configuration used, and the processing activities required to deliver those services.
Customers may subscribe via RSS for updates to this list. Where required by the applicable agreement or Applicable Data Privacy Laws, updates to this list become effective 30 days after posting unless the customer timely objects as provided in the applicable data processing agreement.
