He advises multinational and fast-growing mid-market businesses on international and UK corporate tax matters, helping organizations navigate cross-border expansion, governance, compliance, and structuring challenges with clarity and confidence. Alistair works extensively with businesses operating between the U.S., the UK, and broader international markets, aligning tax strategy with commercial objectives while supporting sustainable growth.

With extensive experience across international tax advisory, tax accounting, compliance, and transaction support, Alistair brings a commercially focused and relationship-driven approach to client service. He is known for building strong, long-standing relationships with executive stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor on complex, multijurisdictional matters. His background includes leading large-scale governance and restructuring projects, including intercompany debt and balance rationalization initiatives across global organizations. By combining technical expertise with practical execution and effective communication, Alistair helps clients identify opportunities, minimize risk, and strengthen long-term tax and operational strategies.
