Suzanne Markley is a Principal and Regional Leader in Ryan’s Real Property Tax practice and based in the Firm’s Atlanta office. She advises clients on the valuation, assessment, and taxation of income-producing real estate and delivers disciplined, market-driven strategies that support defensible property tax outcomes across diverse portfolios.

Suzanne brings extensive experience managing complex and national property tax engagements, with deep jurisdictional expertise in Metro Atlanta and throughout North Carolina. Her background spans a broad range of property types and industries, and she is known for her practical approach, strong client advocacy, and ability to align valuation strategy with business objectives. In addition to client service, Suzanne contributes to Ryan’s leadership development efforts as an advisor to the Senior Development Program, supporting the growth and retention of the Firm’s future leaders.
