Overview
We will highlight the sales tax obligations to be considered when goods are imported into Canada or moved between provinces within Canada, including obstacles that can make the recovery of tax on imported goods challenging. In addition, our presenters will highlight specific legislative provisions that can provide Canadian sales tax relief for exports and offer insight into the documentation that is needed to support this relief from sales tax.
