Kevin Conrad serves as a Principal in Ryan’s Real Property Tax practice, where he advises commercial real estate owners and investors on complex property tax matters. He provides valuation, appeal, and consulting services that help clients manage risk, improve accuracy, and achieve fair and defensible property tax outcomes across the full real estate life cycle.

Kevin brings more than 20 years of experience in property tax valuation and consulting. His work spans ad valorem tax appeals, negotiations, pre- and post-acquisition due diligence, litigation support, personal property compliance, and property tax exemptions. He has deep expertise across apartment, office, industrial, hospitality, and retail property types. Kevin is actively engaged in the commercial real estate community and maintains professional involvement through organizations including the CCIM Institute, Real Estate Council of Austin, and Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals.
