Alex focuses on delivering practical, technology-enabled solutions that help clients navigate evolving regulatory environments while improving operational efficiency and portfolio performance.

With more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, Alex is widely recognized as an authority in property taxation across multiple jurisdictions. His background includes leading international teams, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and advising clients on valuation, business rates, lease advisory, and broader real estate strategy matters across global markets. A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the Rating Surveyors Association, Alex is also a recognized voice on business rates reform and tax digitalization.
