With more than 35 years of experience in the tax consulting industry, Karl brings deep expertise across a wide range of property types, including hospitality, office, retail, affordable housing, multifamily, and warehouse assets. He is responsible for the administration and continued development of Ryan’s New Orleans office and is widely recognized for his ability to navigate complex valuation, incentive, and economic development considerations. Karl regularly contributes to industry dialogue through testimony before state tax commissions and district courts and through speaking and teaching roles with professional and academic organizations.
