Jenny Batchelor is a Principal in Ryan’s UK Corporate Tax practice, based in the Firm’s London office. She advises domestic and international businesses on corporate tax matters with a focus on restructuring, governance, compliance, and cross-border tax strategy. Jenny partners closely with executive, tax, and finance teams to design practical tax solutions that align with commercial objectives while strengthening governance and managing risk. Her approach is pragmatic and solutions-driven, ensuring clients can navigate change with clarity and confidence.

With nearly three decades of experience in corporate tax, Jenny brings deep technical expertise and seasoned judgment to complex advisory engagements. Her background spans professional services and in-house leadership, including serving as UK Head of Tax for a multinational group during a secondment. This experience provides her with a strong understanding of the operational and governance challenges tax leaders face. Jenny delivers advice that is technically rigorous, commercially grounded, and aligned with long-term strategic goals, helping organisations operate with greater certainty in an increasingly complex tax environment.
